UHC - Telehealth/Virtual Health Policy Revisions Notice

Effective 5/1/24

Starting May 1, 2024, UHC is improving its Telehealth/virtual health policy for both professional billing and facility services. A new CPT code, Q3014, has been introduced and should be used for reimbursement when the provider doesn't claim POS 10. Moreover, POS 10 will also become effective. Stay informed about these changes to ensure accurate billing practices and maximize your cash flow growth.
